1. Introduction

4.3 Currency & Conversion

5. Bonuses & Promotions

5.1 General Bonus Rules

All bonuses and promotional offers at 288game are subject to these general terms as well as any specific terms published alongside each individual offer. Where a conflict exists between the general terms and the specific terms of a promotion, the specific terms of that promotion take precedence.

288game bonuses are credited to a separate bonus balance within your account. Bonus balances are subject to wagering requirements before they can be converted to withdrawable real money. 5.3 Wagering Requirements

Wagering requirements state how many times the bonus amount must be wagered before it can be withdrawn. A 10× wagering requirement on a Rs 5,000 bonus means you must place Rs 50,000 in qualifying bets using that bonus balance before the remaining bonus converts to withdrawable cash. Not all game types contribute equally to wagering:

• Sports betting wagers: 100% contribution
• Live casino table games: 20% contribution
• Video slots: 100% contribution
• Fishing games and crash titles: 50% contribution
• Jackpot slots: 10% contribution

Bets placed on certain low-margin markets may be excluded from wagering contribution at 288game's discretion.

5.4 Bonus Expiry

If the wagering requirement is not met before the expiry date, the bonus balance and any uncleared winnings generated from it are forfeited. Bonus abuse — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim welcome bonuses multiple times, using VPNs to bypass regional restrictions, placing offsetting bets to exploit bonus terms, or coordinating with other players to abuse promotions — is strictly prohibited. 288game monitors for these patterns and will close accounts and forfeit all balances where abuse is identified. Decisions in relation to bonus abuse are made at 288game's sole discretion.

6. Gameplay & Betting Rules

6.1 Game Results

• Providing false identity information during registration or verification
• Using another person's payment method without their authorisation
• Attempting to reverse, chargeback, or dispute a legitimate deposit
• Using software, scripts, bots, or automated systems to play games or exploit the platform
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors in pricing to gain unfair advantage
